About the Page

A few months ago, I came up with the idea of making an interesting clock upon exploring the various homepage clock formats on my phone. After surprisingly little design work, I came up with this cool clock that I'm very proud of. I can see this being used in classrooms or other places where a stylish clock is needed in the background instead of using worse ones.

On top of the page is the current date. Above that is the time zone for the clock. This can be changed, but it is automatically set to yours. The top left numbers indicate the current hour, while the top right numbers indicate the minute, and the bottom ones indicate the seconds. In the centre of the six numbers is an analog clock, also displaying the current time. You have the choice as to whether to display the time in the 24-hour format, as well as to place the day in the date first. There's also a fun surprise hidden here - see if you can find it!

If you go to my itch.io page, you'll see that I have this clock there as a standalone project. I was also going to use it for a more ambitious project that you can read more about on the "Why?" section of the about page. Now you can see how proud I am of it!
