What?
This is zonajustr.ca, a convenient tool to help you adjust to new time zones and beat jet lag so you can kick back and take the break you deserve while this tool does the heavy work for you. There's also a stylish clock here that you can use in any situation.
Where?
This tool can be used anywhere around the planet (it already has been), but was developed and launched in Ottawa, Ontario. On the note of locations, shoutout to Ashburn, Virginia, the location of the first person (who wasn't me) to visit zonajustr.ca.
When?
Zonajustr.ca was released to the public on April 1st, 2025 at 8:00 PM EDT, but was in development for a few weeks prior to that.Why?
After starting a more ambitious project and inevitably losing inspiration, I decided to start something lighter that eventually morphed into zonajustr.ca! The ambitious project was going to be this social networking site where you could see things that happened to people exactly a day, week, month and year ago, as well as being able to type in your own stuff. I'd say it was a good idea, but it looked horrendous on mobile (even though everything was in mobile-friendly vetical lines) and I didn't know the first thing about working with cloud servers.
