I made something similar to this a few years ago on Twine, but now I'm bringing it to life for the public to see!

This tool needs near no explaining. Enter your weight (none of the info here goes to a server, so if you'd like that private, I assure you that it is), number of METs in your exercise (I'll come back to that) and how many minutes you're exercising for and tada! There's also a fun analogy with food calories, with calorie information from here and weight info sourced from me. If you'd like to have a live count, leave the minutes section blank and even if you're device turns off, it'll still be counting away. Please share this site to friends if you found it helpful!

METs are a way of quantifying the intensity of an activity. You can find a list here for common exercise forms such as jogging, cycling or... playing piano? (They're not giving me anything to link to their site, to be clear.)
