This is zonajustr.ca, the tool to help you beat jet lag so you can enjoy your trips!
To use this tool, you'll need to enter the time zones of the place that you're currently in (that's automatically been filled in to your timezone) and where you're going. A quick search should give some answers, but you can also visit my exhaustive list of timezones as well.
Then, you'll have to decide on how many days you want to do this adjusting for. For example, if you pick seven, you'll have to be between the two time zones for seven days. Once you're done, you'll have to enter in when you normally wake up and sleep. After that, click the green button!
The results that show up tell you what time you'll have to sleep and wake up at (in that order) for each day of your adjusting. In parentheses is the same information but for the time zone of the place that you're going to. For example, if you're moving, you could do half of the adjusting at your prior location and the other half at your future location.
Below that is the option to save the information to a file so you can consult it anytime without having to re-enter the information. Happy travels!
